Covid-19 – Customer Update 24th March
As a result of the recent Government announcements, Red Arrow Electrical Distribution has made a number of operational changes to ensure so far as is possible we are taking steps to safeguard our staff and our customers whilst continuing to provide necessary product to the marketplace in the UK and Ireland.
We would like to reassure our customers; we continue to follow the Government guidelines and NHS advice. We are taking necessary action to reduce risks of exposure in the workplace. We have reduced our on-site workforce to a minimal number that allows us to process the demand for essential items such as site lighting or emergency lighting and other essential lighting products. We also have our Kite Mark range of Smoke, Heat and Carbon Monoxide alarms, plus distribution boards and circuit breakers.
When supplying goods to our customers we will take appropriate steps including frequent cleaning and disinfection of objects and surfaces that are touched regularly, handwashing and use of hand sanitiser - and where picking and packing product the use of gloves as an additional measure.
Our logistics partners remain committed to working with us in ensuring the safest possible handling of products and handover of goods to our customers.
The team at Red Arrow will continue to monitor closely any changes that we may be required to make to our service for our customers and will update any alterations to our activities via our Website and our proactive social media platforms on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. We will also continue to support the information flow via email and our Sales Office and Sales team.
