If you are a wholesaler and have an account with us, you can order your goods through this website.
If you are a wholesaler without an account, you will need to register with us in order to open one and buy online.
As well as ordering online, you can fax or email an order through to our Sales Office on the following: 0870 0433946, Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
You can pay online with your credit or debit card, or choose the Purchase Order option. If you choose this option, you will receive an invoice and must pay according to the terms and conditions of your account.
- We offer a next day delivery service on goods ordered before 3pm, to mainland UK. We offer a FREE next day delivery service on mainland UK orders with a total value of u00a3150 or over. For full breakdown of costs, see the next tab below.
- Delivery Costs
- UK Mainland - All deliveries in excess of £150.00 net are supplied carriage free of charge. Deliveries under £150.00 shall be charged £15.00. Deliveries may take up to three days but generally are on an overnight delivery. Carriage for all orders required urgently and sent under special arrangements will be charged at cost. Oversized pallets that attract additional carriage charges will be advised at the time of ordering. Ireland - All deliveries in excess of £300.00 net are supplied carriage free of charge. Deliveries under £300.00 shall be charged at £50.00 per order. Carriage for all orders required urgently and sent under special arrangements will be charged at cost. Oversized pallets that attract additional carriage charges will be advised at the time of ordering. Red Arrow Trading will not be liable for secondary costs as a result of late or failed deliveries.
- Cancellation and Returns
Goods which are no longer required or have been wrongly ordered will not be accepted back by Red Arrow Trading without written authorisation from the Customer Services department.
On receipt of a debit note, detailing why the goods are to be returned, a returns note will be sent via email/fax as authorisation to proceed. Return of goods where correctly supplied by Red Arrow Trading must be returned via the customers own carrier, the goods must be in resaleable condition and the customer will incur a minimum of 15% handling charge.
Where good are supplied incorrectly by Red Arrow Trading, we must be notified within 3 working days from receipt. In the event of any goods being either lost, damaged in transit, or short supplied, to validate a claim Red Arrow Trading must be informed in writing within 3 working days from the date of receipt. No claim will be valid if a P.O.A is signed received in good condition
Red Arrow Trading will endeavour to transfer to the customer the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given by the manufacturer of the goods. Not all the goods are supplied with a guarantee and the terms of any guarantee provided will vary.
It is the customers responsibility to check as to the availability and/or terms of any guarantee. If the companys guarantee is provided, the company will, free of charge, replace goods which are provided to the reasonable satisfaction of the company to be damaged or defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or design. This obligation will not apply to goods which have been repaired or altered, if the goods have been misused, incorrectly installed or inappropriately maintained or stored, nor to any defect notified 12 months or more after delivery from Red Arrow Trading.
If occupancy sensors are used in conjunction with any Red Arrow lighting product we do not accept any responsibility for premature failure of lamps or control gear. If the goods are found by the company not to be damaged or defective then the company will be entitled to return the goods to the customer at the customers sole expense.
